What if my order never arrives?
Under federal regulations, companies that take orders by Internet have up to thirty days to deliver the merchandise. Consumers who have not received their goods within thirty days may demand a refund under the federal Mail or Telephone Order Rule. Companies that cannot make delivery within thirty days must tell the consumer and inform the customer of his or her right to cancel the order with a full refund.
