Yes, if you get their consent. If they don't want you to, it is a courtesy not to post it. More-over, if the posting of this information is likely to spur violence, the postings might be illegal. For example, radical groups opposed to abortion have come under investigation for listing the names and addresses of doctors who perform this controversial procedure. There are other privacy issues here as well--it's best to be cautious.
