Buying a Used Car

May a court force me to sell my car to a buyer after I have decided I do not want to sell?

It depends on the circumstances. Courts try to "leave the parties as they find them," and usually will not force a buyer to make a purchase or a seller to sell an item. However, depending on the situation, a court might order the seller to go through with the contract. This is called specific performance of the contract.
