Warranties and the Uniform Commercial Code

How is the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose created?

Suppose that you tell the seller that you need the vehicle for a special purpose, such as towing a trailer, and the seller recommends a specific vehicle. You buy it, relying on the seller's skill or judgment. This creates an implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose that the vehicle can do what you told the dealer you needed it to do.
