What if I fail the field sobriety tests?

It is not like school. You cannot promise to study harder next time. A skilled lawyer, however, may argue that the police administered the tests improperly, or that the tests were inaccurate for some reason. In addition, a lawyer may present qualifying evidence. For instance, a chronic knee injury may prevent you from supporting your weight on one foot.
