Does the law entitle me to a jury for a driver's license suspension/revocation hearing ?

No. A suspension/revocation hearing is an administrative, not a judicial, proceeding. You are entitled, however, to confront and cross-examine witnesses against you at such a hearing. It is a good idea to have a lawyer to represent you at the hearing.
