Insurance

My teenage son's insurance premium is much higher than mine. Is it unconstitutional to discriminate based on age?

No. Actuaries cite research that persons under age twenty-one, especially males, have the highest rate of car accidents. This is the justification for the disparity in rates between adults and minors.
