How is the Rehabilitation Act different from the Americans with Disabilities Act?
The main difference is the type of employers covered by each statute. Whereas the ADA covers employers who employ at least fifteen employees, the Rehabilitation Act applies to employers who are contractors or subcontractors of the federal government, and to employers who receive federal funds.
