What are some examples of how employees might use rights under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA)?

Employees might utilize these rights by attending union meetings, talking to co-employees about unions or other workplace issues, passing out union literature, wearing union buttons, campaigning for union office, circulating petitions advocating workplace improvements, or engaging in a work stoppage or picketing.
