What are some typical intentional torts?

There are intentional torts against a person and property. Some common intentional torts against a person include assault, battery, defamation, false imprisonment, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

There are also intentional torts against property. These include trespass to land, trespass to chattel (personal property), and conversion (converting someone else's property into your own).
