What to Do if You Are Discriminated Against

If there is already a lawsuit against my employer for age discrimination, can I join it?

Yes. The Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) allows class-action lawsuits. However, unlike many other class-action cases, you are not automatically part of the subject class. You must opt in by consenting in writing.
