Licensing of Doctors, Nurses, and Hospitals

What about nurses?

In many states, nurses are not required to attend college to take the standardized test and receive a license. A diploma from a hospital-based nursing school is enough. Many nursing associations believe that a college degree is needed for nurses to be fully trained. Hospital-based nursing schools and nurses without college degrees disagree and oppose adding an educational requirement.
