What if my opponent and I agree on some but not all of the facts in my case?
If the parties agree on certain facts, they can stipulate that those facts are undisputed and thereby forgo the need to introduce evidence at trial to prove those facts. If they don't agree about some facts, then each side will have the opportunity to introduce evidence establishing those facts.
