Fences
What constitutes a fence?
The word "fence" is not limited to a picket or stockade-type barrier. Fence ordinances generally cover anything that serves as an enclosure or partition, including trees or hedges. Many zoning regulations restrict the height of fences, whether they are made of cut timber or living trees.
