Debt, Debt Collection, and Credit Repair

Stacy has become overwhelmed with credit card debt. Debt collectors are calling her at home and at work. Some debt collectors contact her late at night when she is trying to sleep. Is there anything she can do to relieve the mounting pressure and to prevent harassment by creditors and collection agencies?
