What about if I decide the trustee or creditor is right and I want to change my Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Can we just agree to do it?
Yes. The law specifically provides for conversion of a bankruptcy case to Chapter 11 or 13, with the debtor's permission, as an alternative to dismissal.
