ABA Family Legal Guide
Acknowledgments
This book would not have been possible without the assistance of numerous American Bar Association members and other experts from all over the country. Law professors, judges, and practicing attorneys—as well as staff members of the American Bar Association and other bar associations—reviewed the material in this and previous editions of the book, assuring that the information was accurate, up to date, and expressed clearly, in laypersons' terms.
These experts generously donated their time to this effort. Many of them serve on American Bar Association committees in their areas of expertise. Others serve as writers and editors of American Bar Association scholarly and professional publications. They represent some of the finest minds in the association, and we are deeply grateful for their generosity with their time and their willingness to read drafts repeatedly as part of the process of making them accurate, clear, and helpful.
The reviewers are listed for each chapter to which they contributed.
