345. When are benefits paid to a child who is not attending school?
Child's insurance benefits may be paid to a child as a full-time student for a period of four calendar months or less in which the child does not attend school if:
The child was in full-time attendance immediately before the four-month period;
The child has established an intent to continue full-time or actually does attend full-time after the end of the four-month period; and
The period of nonattendance is not due to the child's expulsion or suspension from school.
