2502. What are the Thresholds?
The thresholds for 2007 are $160,000 for individuals with the tax filing status of Married filing jointly and $80,000 for all other tax filing statuses.
The Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) thresholds used for Income-Related Monthly Adjustment Amount (IRMAA) determinations are tied to the consumer price index and will be published annually by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
