Department of Public Safety Driver License Services gathers, records, and maintains vital statistics information on all Oklahoma driver license holders; issues new licenses; re-issues lost or stolen licenses; issues and re-issues state identification cards, and collects fees associated with these services. The Motor Vehicle Division of the Oklahoma Tax Commission deals primarily with the titling and registering of vehicles, boats, outboard motors, manufactured homes, travel trailers and commercial trailers.
